Residents Options for paying rent:
TENANT PORTAL - Electronic One-Time or Automatic Reoccurring Payment using your bank account. Credit/Debit card payments can also be made through the portal however a $30.00 processing fee will apply. One-time ACH or “echeck” payments are $1.95 each and Automatic scheduled payment are totally free.
US Mail - Rent payments may be mailed into our office in Edina. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders. Please do not mail cash. Post-dated or third-party checks will not be accepted. All cashier's checks and money order payments should be made payable to: Elbrus Management and mailed to the following address: 7801 E. Bush Lake Road Suite 430 Edina, MN 55349.
CASH PAYMENTS – We will accept cash payments made using the RentMoney service only. All tenants have access to this service via your tenant portal. RentMoney allows you to download a cash payment voucher from your tenant portal and pay your rent in cash at a local retailer such as Walmart or Ace Cash Express. Contact your property manager for assistance with setting up this payment method.
We do not pick up rent.
